Educational activities should particularly support professionals working in environments where access to international meetings or specialized training is limited.
RISING-RO is primarily designed as a digitally connected network, allowing participation without creating major financial barriers. Whenever possible, meetings should remain financially accessible to professionals from countries and institutions with different economic capacities.
